Our private classes are sessions customised to you. Built up from the ground, you can train in Ju Jitsu, Kickboxing, Fitness, Ninja Academy and Budo Academy.

About Private Classes...

Ju Jitsu

Our style of Ju Jitsu can be tracked back as far as the 1500's.

​

"Ju Jitsu" translates as "The Gentle Art" and is the base of many other popular Martial Arts. Judo, Karate and even Brazilian Jiu Jitsu all have Ju Jitsu as an ancestor.

​

Ju Jitsu is the ultimate self defence Martial Art. We teach stay safe strategies along side our defences from punches, kicks, grabs, strangles, bladed and blunt weapons; all in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment.

​

To progress through our belt system you must master techniques set out on our syllabus which will continue to evolve over the years to teach the most comprehensive and rounded off self defence system. Our techniques have been passed down for hundreds of years and have been developed into the incredible and modern self defence system we practice today.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is an exciting martial art that is known for its hybrid nature, incorporating elements from various traditional styles such as Karate and Boxing. It can be practiced for self-defence, overall fitness or as a competitive sport.

 

We practice Japanese Kickboxing which has a rich history since the 1960s. Whether you're brand new to the sport, or a seasoned fighter. Our classes are suitable for everybody.

Budo Academy

Explore a profound journey beyond the realm of Martial Arts within our Budo Academy class.

In this exceptional class, students delve into the realm of Kata—both open-handed and weapons-based. These techniques are a direct lineage from the practitioners of Ancient Japanese Martial Arts. Our curriculum extends beyond the mere instruction of techniques; it encompasses the essence of Japanese language, cultural traditions and historical insights.

 

Join us in this holistic journey at our Budo Academy class, where Japanese Martial Arts intertwine seamlessly with culture and tradition.

Ninja Academy

In this class, students delve into a world of incredible kicks, mesmerising tricks and dynamic flips, seamlessly interwoven with the captivating techniques of Ju Jitsu and Kickboxing. It's a captivating fusion of gymnastics, acrobatics, parkour, Martial Arts and weapons training - creating a one-of-a-kind training experience.
