Our Story.
Welcome to Shinpo Martial Arts, a new club with a rich history. Founded in 2023 by Sensei Silvio La Valle, our aim is to provide high-quality and affordable Martial Arts instruction in the North West of England.

At Shinpo Martial Arts, we view Martial Arts as more than just a hobby; it's a way of life. We train, teach and grow together, instilling values of discipline, respect and integrity in our students through engaging and enjoyable and energetic classes.

Every aspect of our club holds significance, from our name, Shinpo, meaning "Progress," to our uniforms and techniques. We entrust our values to our students, believing that there is no greater reward than witnessing someone achieve success through hard work. Whether these achievements be on the mat or in their personal life.

Our club's badge depicts a tree, chosen for its symbolic meanings:
